Our Booking Payment System

Payment Options

1. Pay upon arrival in Nepal with cash (USD, Euros), Traveler Cheque and Credit Card for the convenient of our customers. Any trip to Nepal services can be booked via booking form given in every trekking and tours packages in our website without any prepayment or deposit. Please do note that such booking is only preliminary reservation. A preliminary reservation is not a final reservation. You will receive final confirmation of your reservation via email after we receive a copy of your international flight ticket to Nepal by email or fax. You must send copy of your international flight till 10 days prior to your arrival in Nepal.

2. If you are booking any customized trip with us in Nepal or above 4 pax  and trip to Tibet, Bhutan and India, you need to send us 20%  booking deposit and the flight confirmation before you arrive in any convenient place to start your Trip.

3. Pay prior to arrival in Nepal by wire transfer. Wire transfer is our another procedure for the confirmation of your booking secured . For this you have to forward 20% of trip cost to our bank account till 15 days prior to your arrival in Nepal. Be informed that you do not need to pay extra transfer service charge to your bank.
