The Hot Spring Annapurna Panorama trek is a beautiful journey in Annapurna region. This is a very relaxing trek filled with beautiful scenery, diverse flora and fauna and hospitable culture of the hill people. The beautiful trek combines with white water rafting in the Trishuli river, fantastic Jungle safari and astonishing mountain flight to make it an ultimate holiday.

The trek is an easy walk along the streams and the forests, exploring the rich Himalayan flora and fauna. The trail passes through diverse villages with unique Himalayan culture and lifestyle. This is a beautiful opportunity to learn and encounter diverse culture.  The Poonhill along the trail is renowned for its magnificent viewpoint. The view from the Poon Hill is considered one of the best view point of the Himalayas.

Nepal is famous for white water rafting. We raft in the vigorous Trishuli river for 2 days as we flow from the hilly region of the country to the plains.  The plain of the Terai region is the home for many wild exotic animals. We explore this wilderness in the jungle safari in the Chitwan national park. After the exotic experience in the Chitwan, we come back to Kathmandu for a scenic flight over the Himalayas. Day 01:   Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to the Paradise on Earth, Nepal.  Upon our arrival at Kathmandu, we will be received from  Tribhuvan International Airport and transferred to our Hotel in Kathmandu Valley. After the hotel Check in, a brief trek orientation regarding any outstanding formalities will be conducted. After the short briefing, we are free to rest in our comfort in the hotel or stroll around to explore the vibrant surroundings. In the evening, we will savor a wonderful Nepali dinner along with a cultural program in an authentic Nepali restaurant. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02:   Half Day Cultural sightseeing in Bhaktapur

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we will go for a guided tour around the artistic city of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur boasts several shrines, palaces and temples which are listed in UNESCO world heritage sites. The intricately carved art and designs on the monuments of the valley has its own cultural and Architectural value. The rich Newari culture of the Valley reflects the strong Hindu and Buddhist influences. After the insightful tour around the valley, we will meet our tour guide, who will brief us regarding the upcoming trek. The trek briefing will help us clear any doubt or queries regarding the trek. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03:  Flight to Pokhara Drive to Phedi/ Start Trek to Dhampus (1750m)

We will be picked up early by our tour officer for a flight to Pokhara. The 30 minute flight to Pokhara is a scenic flight full of views of beautiful terrains and magnificent mountains. Pokhara is a beautiful city on the lap of stunning mountains.  We will take a 30 minute ride from the Pokhara Airport to Phedi, from where we will start our trek . We will start our trek with an uphill climb through beautiful Brahmin and Chhetri Villages. We pass through a mixed forest and walk along terrace farms to reach Dhampus, where we spend our night. (2.30 hrs)

Day 04: Dhampus to Landruk (1620m)

We will start our walk from Dhampus. We soon enter a forest trail with  splendid views of the mountains such as Machhapuchhre and Annapurna. We walk along the beautiful rhododendron forest, host to the world’s exotic birds. This region is famous for bird watching and we have a great opportunity to spot rare birds. We will stop at Bichhuk for a delicious lunch ad continue through a tiny village of Tolka to the village of Landruk. The village of Landruk stands on the opposite ridge to the village of the famous Gurung settlement of Ghandruk. (5 hrs)

Day 05: Trek to Jhinudanda /Enjoy Hot Spring

We start from Landruk to Jhinudanda, a village on the bank of the roaring Modi river. We follow our trail towards the Modi river enjoying the chirping birds, dancing butterflies and colorful flowers in the shady bamboo forest. We have a chance of spotting wildlife such as Langoor, wild goats, and rare and colorful birds on the way. We pass through various Mystic flora and fauna along the way to astounding Jhinudanda. The village of Jhinudanda is famous for its Natural hot springs. After a Lunch, we can enjoy in the Natural Hot spring pool to soothe our exhausted body.(4 hrs)

Day 06: Trek to Ghandruk

After a wonderful breakfast at the Jhinudanda, we start towards the famous Gurung village of Ghandruk. The trail takes us down to the Kyumu river bridge through a beautiful forest rich in wildlife. The trail is famous for the occasional sighting of rare animals. We have an incredible opportunity to sight monkeys, deers, wild bee hives and beautiful birds along the trail. From the Kyumi river, the trail winds through beautiful terrace farms towards  the Ghandruk village. Ghandruk is a beautiful village of the Ethnic Gurungs. The village is famous for its amazing panoramic mountain views and hospitable people. (4:30 hrs

Day 07:  Trek to Ghorepani

We start our walk on a shaded trail in the humid forest towards the river gorge.  With several ascends and descends through the gorge to Banthanti and mixed rhododendron forest, we finally reach Tadapani. We can see the splendid views of the mountains such as Macchapuchhre ad Annapurna South from the Tadapani. We make our way towards Ghorepani through colorful orchids,  tranquil rhododendron forests and scenic Deurali. We walk along a comfortable stone stairs to reach Ghorepani. We can enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains and terrain  from this serene village of Ghorepani.(8 hrs).

Day 08: Trek to Tatopani

We start early to Poon hill (3210 meters) to view a spectacular sunrise over the mountains like Annapurna, Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchre in the spectacular dawn. After taking the views of these astonishing sceneries, we return back to Ghorepani to enjoy our breakfast and start our trek to Tatopani. We follow the downhill trail through the rhododendron forests along the Ghaja Khola to Tatopani. The Totopani has a refreshing hot spring where we can soothe our muscles after the long walk.  (6 hrs)

 Day 09:  Free Day in Tatopani

We enjoy a free day at Tatopani. We can enjoy today by exploring the nearby villages besides the Kaligandaki river. This is a nice opportunity to learn about the culture and lifestyle of the villagers. We can also spend the day at the hot spring in the Tatopani. The Hot spring is usually quite during the day.

Day 10:  Trek to Myagdi Hot Spring

We start from Tatopani with a walk on the motor- able trail along the Kaligandaki river. We cross a suspension bridge over the river near the Tatopani bazaar. Then we continue our descent along the Kaligandaki ridge to Beni. We have another hot spring at the Beni Bazaar. We can enjoy a long dip in the hot spring in  this beautiful town of Beni.

Day 11: Drive back to Pokhara

We enjoy our breakfast at Myagdi and take a 2 hour long ride back to the vibrant city of Pokhara.  Pokhara is a lively city, where we can do plenty of activities. We can visit various places in Pokhara or relax in a tranquil lakeside restaurant near the Phewa Lake.

Day 12:  Pokhara- to Charaundi – Start Rafting

We enjoy a hearty breakfast in our comfortable hotel in the Pokhara before taking a 3 hours ride to Charaundi. We will start our thrilling rafting adventure from Kuringhat. Before starting our rafting adventure, we will be given an informative raft briefing for our safety. Three hours of the thrilling white water rafting experience in the Bhote Koshi River is an exceptional adventure. After the rafting, we will enjoy a wonderful lunch on the bank of the river

Day 13 :  Continue Rafting to Gaighat

We will start our second day of rafting from Kuringhat. The tides are light as we start, but get exciting as we flow along the river into the Terai region of Nepal. We enjoy a delicious meal on the picturesque bank of the beautiful river.  We end our rafting adventure on the sandbank in Gaighat and relax on the beautiful river bank enjoying the diverse terrain of the region.

Day 14 : End Raft/ Drive to Chitwan National Park/ Start Jungle Safari

We will be picked up from Ghaighat to take a ride to the Chitwan National Park. In the Chitwan National Park we will start exploring the jungle to encounter exotic wildlife. We start our jungle safari riding on an elephant, exploring the tall grassland and the dense jungle of the Terai region. We enjoy a wonderful Tharu cultural dance in our hotel in the evening.

Day 15:  Continue Jungle Safari

We will continue our jungle safari into the dense forest as we encounter the rare One-Horned-Rhino, Bengal Tiger, Gharial and other wildlife.  The travel into the wild is an insightful adventure for all.

Day 16: Flight to Kathmandu

After the Breakfast, we will be picked up to the domestic airport of Chitwan. We take a 25 minute flight from Chitwan to the historic city of Kathmandu. We can see the changing landscape as we travel from the plains of the Terai to the Hilly region. In Kathmandu, we will be picked up from the airport to a comfortable hotel.   We have a free day in Kathmandu, which can be  utilized to roam round the city. Kathmandu is a lively city where every statue or a monument holds its own story and history.

Day 17 :    Everest Flight / Leisure in Kathmandu

Everest Mountain flight is one of the world’s must do adventure. We rise early to catch the world’s most scenic one hour flight over the beautiful Himalayas. We will enjoy the world most beautiful snow covered mountains along with the majestic Mount Everest. After the astonishing flight, we come back to our hotels for a breakfast.

An afternoon in the Kathmandu valley is ideal to visit any missed out destinations in the Kathmandu valley. Kathmandu valley is full of palaces, shrines and temples with cultural and architectural value.  This may be a great opportunity to go for souvenir shopping around the valley. Day 18 :   Departure Kathmandu

It is the time to bid farewell to this amazing Himalayan adventure land. We get transferred to the International Airport for our departure. We play the pleasant memories of the last few weeks as fly back to our next destination.
