Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu
We welcome you upon arrival in Kathmandu airport. We transfer you to Hotel in Kathmandu where we brief you about Kathmandu and the tours itinerary. We take you in a welcome dinner in the evening in an authentic Nepali restaurant where the cultural dances are performed
Representing the different ethnic culture and costume. Transfer to Hotel after the dinner.
Day 02 World Heritage Sightseeing in Kathmandu
After the breakfast our expert tour guide meets you at the hotel and takes you to the cultural exploration of the world heritage sites in Kathmandu. You encounter the mystic lifestyle in the sightseeing while visiting the Kathmandu durbar sqaure’s Bhairav temple, kumari – the living goddess temple, basantapur durbar and the very interesting Hillock temple and stupa swoyambhunath which also known as the Monkey temple in very comprehensive word for our valuable traveler.
After the Lunch we take you to visit around the holiest and spiritual world heritage site Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath is dedicated to lord Shiva. It is the Hindu’s holiest shrine in Nepal. You have time to see the funeral ceremony which regularly takes place in this area.
Next is the Boudhanath stupa in Kathmandu. It is the holiest Buddhist stupa in Kathmandu where lots of people circumambulate the world heritage stupa with the prayer wheels and spiritual 108 beads mala enchanting the Ohm Pane Padme Hum. Late afternoon relax in the hotel before going to the dinner.
Day 03 Everest Mountain Flight
Early in the morning we take you to the domestic airport in Kathmandu to experience the most wonderful Himalayan ranges of Nepal and Tibet border. It is an hour flight that takes off in the morning for the best views. As soon as the flight takes off you start seeing the mountain ranges of Langtang to Kanchanjungha. The Everest view is the most important peak of this flight. You have private window seat to know the highest mountain of the world which is also briefed by Airhostess. You can try the cockpit view in this flight.
We transfer you to the Hotel after the flight where you have your wonderful breakfast waiting. Free time till 1 pm and then the tour of the Former royal place visit begins with our expert tour guide. Day 04 Patan World Heritage Sightseeing
Patan is one of the ancient kingdom of Nepal. It is renowned for the Arts. The city is the fusion of Hindu and the Buddhist shrines. We take you to Patan Durbar square, amazing Patan museum, Golden temple,
Mahabaudha – the thousands terracotta shikhara stupa. Walk through the local market and then see some techniques of the statue productions. Dinner organized in Patan and transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 05 Bhaktapur World Heritage Sightseeing
Bhaktapur is one of the interesting world heritage city of Nepal. It was also a kingdom in the ancient Golden era. The city has many temples crafted in Woods, stone and in metal. Bhakatpur durbar square, golden
gate, 55th palace window, 5 storeyed temple, pottery square are the highlights of the World heritage cultural tours in Bhakatpur. We stay one night in Bhaktapur.
Day 06 Visit Changunarayan (The Oldest Temple of Nepal)
Drive to Changunarayan Temple, one of the seven world heritage sites of Kathmandu valley. Built in 5th century, it is the oldest temple dedicated to Hindu God Bishnu. Enjoy the sightseeing around. Having lunch, we start our Hiking to Nagarkot. The hiking trail is traced amidst the villages and forest giving the traveler chances to enjoy hills, mountain and bird’s eyes view of Bhaktapur city. Reach Nagarkot, a hill resort; from here we get breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Manaslu and Gauri Shankar, Dorje Lhakpa and other mountains. Overnight at the hotel of Nagarkot for the best sun rise view next morning.
Day 07 Hike to Dhulikhel
We wake up early to catch the sun rising over the snowy Himalayan peaks. The first rays of the sun colors the peaks in gold. Hold your breath as the mountains unveiled slowly- starting from Kanchenjunga and Everest in the far East to Annapurna and Dhaulagiri in the West. Have your Breakfast and get ready to trek down the old Newari town of Dhulikhel. Overnight hotel stay in Dhulikhel.
Day 08 Hike to Namobudha Historic Hill side
Today, the hiking trail goes up on stone staircase leading to Namo Buddha. After passing through few village and forested hill, you reach the top of the Hill. Enjoy scenic walk of the rural beauty. There is a very popular Buddhist monastery recently built to stun you with its interiors with Buddhist wall art in Namo Buddha. Back to Dhulikhel for overnight.
Day 09 Drive to Gorkha
After the refreshing days in hillside Dhulikhel we drive to Gorkha today in the morning. It is 6 hours drive through the country’s busiest highway. We drive through the outer road of Banepa, Bhaktapur, Kathamndu and Patan. It is scenic drive. Rivers, hillside views, mountain views are the part of the drive.
Gorkha is the ancient village lies 180 km west of Kathmandu. It is the historic village from where the integrity of modern Nepal began in 17TH Century by the King Prithvi Narayan Shah. Gorkha is in the hillock side from where the mountain views of Manaslu, Annapurna and Ganesh Himal can be seen. Gorkha palace is the wonderful old palace to visit in this trip. We have leisurely walk in the afternoon. Overnight in Gorkha.
Day 10 Drive to Khaireni
Khaireni is the gateway to pay homage to the Goddess Manakamana. Goddess of wishes. Millions of Nepalese have been visiting this beautifully located temple mostly by walk from Khaireni till 2005.
Many ethnic people from the villages of Nepal visit this temple everyday to get the blessing from the goddess Manakamana to fulfill their wishes. Animal sacrfices such as cocks, goat, ducks etc are common practices since the time immemorial. We walk to the temple experiencing the village life. It is 3 hours walk to the hillock. Overnight in Manakamana.
Day 11 Cable Car to Kuringhat
After the breakfast we ride the popular and scenic 10 minutes cable car to river side Kuringhat. It is the gateway nowadays popular for the Nepali people to visit the Temple Manakamana. Then we drive to Pokhara in 3 hours. Pokhara is the most wonderful town in Nepal to experiences the nature and tourism activities.
Day 12 Sightseeing in Pokhara
Sightseeing of Pokhara (Pokhara is surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains, with a magnificent lake of crystal-clear pure Himalayan water. David fall, Cave, International Mountain Museum, Lakes etc.).
Day 13 Rest Day in Pokhara
Wake up early morning and start walking up the hill station to Peace Pagoda for the Mountain and Pokhara valley view. Shortly you will be enjoying boating on the Fewa Lake. Back to the hotel, after breakfast have a free time or go for the paragliding, swinging, Ultra light flight or relaxing time in the hotel
Day 14 Visit Ancient Palpa Town and Palpa Palace
Drive to Palpa. It is 5 hours drive from Pokhara. Palpa is beautiful town in the hillside. It is naturally beautiful place to visit Ranimahal, old town, greeneries etc. Overnight in Palpa.
Day 15 Visit to Holy Birth Place Lumbini
Visit Lumbini. Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha. We drive to Lumbini from Palpa.It is nearly 4 hours drive. In the afternoon we visit the archeological sites of the Lumbini world heritage sites. Evening leisurely. Next morning we visit the World heritage Maya devi temple and the monastery area.
Day 16 Drive to Chitwan
After the breakfast we drive from Lumbini to Chitwan. It is nearly 4 hours drive. Once we arrive Chitwan there will be a briefing about the Jungle safari package with the welcome drinks. We start the exciting Jungle safari activities such as Bird watching, Sunset view tours, Elephant back safari, traditional canoeing to see the wildlife in the river bank, Visit museum, visit Elephant breeding center, tharu cultural dance show, nature walk etc
Day 17 Continue Jungle Safari
Continue the jungle safari activities that is scheduled by the Park hotel after your arrival as given above.
Day 18 End Jungle Safari/ Flight to Kathmandu
End the Chitwan jungle safari activities after the breakfast and drive to Bharatpur airport. It is next 25 minutes flight to Kathmandu. Leisure in Kathmandu or shopping around Thamel area. Overnight in Kathmandu
Day 19 Departure Kathmandu
Free time before the departure transfer.
